Notice: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in all public places where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Perch, you, other guests, and staff voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Due to variables including human error, we cannot guarantee patrons or visitors that they will not be unknowingly exposed to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) during their visit. By choosing to dine or visit us, the restaurant does not assume any liability or risk associated with the actual or potential exposure to COVID-19, and the guests and patrons hereby assume any and all such risk.

Within the past 14 days have if you, or anyone you have been in close contact with, have experienced any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, chills, loss of sense of smell or taste, sore throat, shortness of breath, or muscle aches & pains, please do not enter the restaurant.

It is the responsibility of the party that is making the reservation to inform all other guests in the party of this disclaimer.
